Ingredients:

🍩 1 cup chocolate donut holes, crushed

🍪 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

🧈 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

🍫 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

🥛 1/2 cup heavy cream

🧀 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

🥚 3 large eggs

🍯 3/4 cup granulated sugar

🍫 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🍩 Additional chocolate donut holes for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate donut holes, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan to form the crust.

Step 3: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Let it sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth to make the ganache.

Step 4: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, beating until creamy.

Step 5: Fold the melted chocolate ganache into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Step 6: Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust in the springform pan.

Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden.

Step 8: Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edge to loosen it. Allow it to cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 9: Once chilled, garnish the Chocolate Donut Hole Cheesecake with additional chocolate donut holes if desired.

Step 10: Slice and serve chilled, and enjoy the decadent combination of chocolate and cheesecake!
