LEMON JAM 😋

 Ingredients:

 700g lemons

 600g of sugar

 1L of water

 Vanilla extract

 How to use:

 1. Cut the lemons into slices and put them in the pot.

 2. Pour the water and bring to a boil.

 3. Also sterilize the jars by soaking them in water (on fire) for 30 minutes.

 4. Place the lemons in a bowl and blend in a blender or food processor, then pour into a saucepan and place the first half of the sugar, then place the rest.

 5. Also add the vanilla extract and bring to a very low heat for 30 minutes.

 6. Then pour into the jars, seal and turn upside down.

 7. Let them cool completely.
