Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

Optional toppings: whipped cream, caramel sauce, and chopped nuts

Directions:


In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
