Sausage && Cream Cheese Biscuit Bites 


Ingredients


8 oz ground sausage


4 oz cream cheese (softened, at room temperature)


½ cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)


½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional, to taste)


16 oz Pillsbury Grands Biscuits


Instructions


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C/Gas Mark 5) and spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.


Add 8 oz ground sausage, 4 oz cream cheese, ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, and the optional ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce to a medium-sized mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.


Remove each round of biscuit dough from the can of 16 oz Pillsbury Grands Biscuits. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut each biscuit in half, then in half again so that you are left with 4 small triangles of dough.


Place 1 triangle of dough into each hole in the muffin pan. Use a spoon to spread the dough into the shape of the muffin mold with a divot in the center for your filling.


Divide the sausage cream cheese filling evenly between each of the dough cups.


Bake on the center rack at 375°F (190°C/Gas Mark 5) until golden brown, about 12-14 minutes. *If you are using raw sausage, check that the internal temperature reaches160°F (71°C).


Remove your biscuit bites from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
