Air Fryer Potato Slices 🍩
Topped with bacon, Cheddar cheese, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream on top 🍒 they SLIDE right into your mouth in one easy delicious crispy bite.😋
INGREDIENTS
1 Large Russet Potato, cut into approx 1/4 inch thick slices
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2-3 bacon slices, cooked and cut into small pieces (or bacon crumbles)
2 Tablespoons green onions for topping. Chopped.. Can sub with chives.
1/4 cup sour cream. For topping.
INSTRUCTIONS
Scrub and rinse the potato. Leave the skin on (optional)
Thinly slice the potato to approx. 1/4 inch thick.
Rinse the potato slices under running water. This helps to rid of the starch.
Place the potato slices in a large bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper to season
Preheat the air fryer to 380F/190CArrange the potato slices in a single layer.
Air fry mode at 380F/190C for 5 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
Flip each potato slice on the other side and cook for 2 minutes
Sprinkle the cheese evenly among the potato slices and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and caramelized.
Top each potato slice with bacon, green onions or chives, and a dollop of sour cream.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Air fryer potato sliders. Or potato slices. Whatever you want to call them, they are DELISH!
