COCONUT CAKE 


Ingredients


125g of margarine

½ cup vegetable oil

1½ cup sugar

3½ cup  cake flour

1 cup desiccated coconut

6 egg white

1½ cup coconut milk

½ cup buttermilk

1½ teaspoon coconut flavour

3 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt


Procedure


Cream the margarine,oil and sugar  until smooth,bea in the coconut flavour and egg white 2 minutes until fluffy.

Add in the coconut milk and Buttermilk until is well combined

lastly sieve in the flour, baking soda,salt dessicated coconut and combined together


Preheat you oven

Grease your baking pan and share into 3 size 6 pan


Bake until you insert a skewer and it comes out clean.
