Chocolate Cake


 INGREDIENTS

 4 eggs

 200 g of sugar

 180 ml of milk

 180 g of melted butter

 200 g wheat flour

 60 g chocolate powder

 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

 Mix everything very well until you get a very smooth dough and add

 1 melted bittersweet chocolate bar (I used a 90 gram one)

 Mix the dough well and pour it into a greased and sprinkled with chocolate powder.  Bake in preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes or so (depends on your oven).

 Roof:

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 box of cream

 1 tablespoon of butter

 2 tablespoons chocolate powder

 1 bar of semisweet chocolate of 90 gr broken into pieces.

 Take everything to the fire in a pan, always stirring until you reach the creamy brigadier point.

 Unmold the cake and pour the frosting over it while still warm.
