Chocolate Cake 🍫🍰

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1 cup castor sugar 

1 teaspoon vanilla essence 

3 tablespoons cocoa 

Half cup boiling water 

1 teaspoon coffee

Quarter cup oil 

2 teaspoon baking powder 

1 cup flour 

Dilute cocoa an coffee in the boiled water and set aside

Beat sugar an eggs well

Add in vanilla essence 

Mix in oil 

Add in the sifted flour and baking powder alternating with the water mixture 

Baked at 180 degrees for around 30 minutes. 

Icing:

125g Rama

1 teaspoon vanilla essence 

2 cups icing sugar 

1 teaspoon cocoa 

4 tablespoons Nutella

Few drops milk

Beat Rama till pale

Add in vanilla essence 

Beat in cocoa an Nutella 

Mix in icing sugar little at a time

Add in little milk for a smooth spreadable icing. Decorate as desired ❤️
