BUTTER CAKE 


INGREDIENTS


4 eggs

2 cups of sugar

180 g unsalted butter

1 cup of milk (tea)

3 cups wheat flour

3 tsp baking powder


INSTRUCTIONS 

Beat the egg whites till light & fluffy. 

In the mixer, add the eggs, sugar and butter.  Beat until it’s creamy. Take it out in a bowl & add the wheat flour, baking powder and milk until it becomes a homogeneous mass.

Add the egg whites delicately & fold. Once mixed properly. Grease a baking pan add this mixture.

Take it to the preheated oven at  350°F about 40 minutes.
