Air Fryer Potatoes 🥔🍟
Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes (russet or Yukon Gold work well)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Your Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare the potatoes.
Prepare the Potatoes:Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into bite-sized cubes or wedges. Leave the skin on for extra flavor and texture.
Place the potato cubes in a large mixing bowl.
Season the Potatoes:Drizzle the olive oil over the potato cubes and toss them to ensure they are evenly coated.
Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the potatoes. Toss again to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Air Fry the Potatoes:Place the seasoned potato cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook them in batches.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the potatoes halfway through to ensure even cooking. The potatoes should be golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Garnish and Serve:Once done, remove the air-fried potatoes from the basket and transfer them to a serving dish.
If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
Enjoy! 🥔🍟Serve your perfectly crispy and seasoned air fryer potatoes as a side dish or snack. They're delicious on their own or with your favorite dipping sauce.
