Made Jimmy Carter’s Grandmother’s “Peanut Butter Cookies”. My batch made 15 cookies and they are ooooh soooo goooood!!
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all ingredients. Form into walnut sized balls. Put on ungreased cookie sheet, then mash down slightly with a fork in a criss-cross pattern. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until golden brown.
