Fudgiest Dairy-Free Chocolate Cake Recipe


Indulge in the rich and decadent flavors of this fudgiest dairy-free chocolate cake. This moist and luscious cake is a chocolate lover's dream come true, and the best part is that it's entirely dairy-free!


**Ingredients:**

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1¾ cups granulated sugar

- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1½ tsp baking powder

- 1½ tsp baking soda

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 cup dairy-free milk (almond, soy, etc.)

- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 flaxseed eggs (2 tbsp ground flaxseed + 6 tbsp water)

- 1 cup boiling water


**Instructions:**

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.

2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. Add in the dairy-free milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and flaxseed eggs. Mix until well combined.

4. Stir in the boiling water slowly, until the batter is smooth. The batter will be thin, but that's okay.

5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6. Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove them from the pans and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
