POTATO CRISPS


INGREDIENTS 

◾️8 Medium Potatoes

◾️4 tbsp of Vinegar 

◾️1 tsp of Salt 

◾️Water 


INSTRUCTIONS 

 

◾️Peel and slice 8 potatoes into thin slices.


◾️Pour some water in a bowl. 


◾️Add 4 tbspn of vinegar and 1 tsp of salt.


◾️Put your sliced potatoes in that water and refrigerate for 30 minutes.


◾️Dry your sliced potatoes using paper towels.


◾️Deep fry until it becomes crispy.
