*Ingredients:
°A whole head of cauliflower
°1/2 cup mayonnaise
°1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
°1/2 red onion, diced
°1/4 cup sour cream
°Cheddar cheese (optional)
Methods :
01) - Roast or steam a whole head of cauliflower whole. I covered mine in aluminum foil and baked it in the oven at 400 degrees for an hour - make sure it's tender!02) - Mix mayonnaise, cheese, sour cream and onions together. Once the cauliflower is tender, toss the mixture over it! We put it in the oven and roast it until it becomes crispy!
03) - I made this last night & reheated it in oven tonight for dinner. The longer the grilling time, the more crunchy the cheese will be. It's so good I can't get over it.

NB:
You can cover it with cheddar cheese on top, and return it to the oven for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
