KEITHS Best chili...here's what's in it.my version. I make a huge pot..any of the liquids I use is your choice the amount..I like it saucey

Salt and pepper

9 cans assorted beans(big,)..make sure their all soft beans,not hard

7 lbs,fresh chopmeat 

1 big paste

5 BIG heads of garlic 

4 big sweet onions

2 bay leafs

5 stalks celery 

1 big green pepper

1 big red pepper

Chile powder

Sazon goya con azafran

       (Not to much)very salty..if you over do it.throw the whole batch out..

Tomato sauce

4 box margarine

 (Butter does not work).

  ......I buy extra beans.incase I need more..better safe then not have enough

     All the sauce comes from the tomato sauce and margarine..does not sound good,but I won several chili contests...it's a northern thing..after its all going cook for a while and stir alot to infuse the ingredients..for your normal household,I cut the amounts in half..the pot I use is stainless steal.13 Inch wide and 18 inch in height..I make sure I have enough room in the pot when I cook..
