Mayonnaise Chocolate Cake

 


Ingredients:

°3 cups all-purpose flour

°1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

°1 cup sugar

°Half a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

°1 1/2 cups water

°2 teaspoons baking powder

°1 teaspoon baking soda

°1 teaspoon vanilla extract

°Frosting (store-bought or homemade)

*Methods 

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 9-inch round baking trays with cooking spray. Sit aside.

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda together in a bowl. Adding mayonnaise & mix to combined.

Add the water and vanilla extract and blend until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking trays.

Baking for 30-40 minutes 

Cool totally. One cake is placed in the bottom of the serving tray. Add a layer of garnish as filling. Place the second cake on top and cover with the remaining frosting.
