CRUSTLESS CUSTARD PIE


Ingredients:


354 ml evaporated milk ( 1 can)

3/4 cup sugar

3 TBSP flour

2 TBSP butter, melted

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Ground cinnamon and sugar, for topping


Instructions:


Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)

Grease pie dish.

blender milk, eggs, butter, vanilla and sugar.

add in flour, ground cinnamon.

Mix until smooth.

Pour batter into dish.

Top cinnamon and sugar.

Bake for 40-45 minutes till lightly brown.

cool for 30 minutes

top with icing sugar or cream

Keep in refrigerator.
