Donuts With Chocolate Filling
CHOCOLATE FILLING
🌟 INGREDIENTS
◾️Cocoa powder 25g
◾️Liquid Milk 500ml
◾️Sugar 148g
◾️Corn flour 1 tbsp
◾️Butter/margarine 1 tbsp
◾️Milk emulsion ½ tsp
🌟 PROCEDURE
◾️Pour milk into a mixing bowl.
◾️Add cocoa powder, corn flour and sugar.
◾️Stir it together until sugar dissolve.
◾️Boil on medium flame.
◾️During the cooking, stir it continuously, otherwise it will burn or stick to the pot.
◾️Cook until it gets thick.
◾️Turn off your heat source.
◾️Allow it to cool half way
◾️Add butter and the flavour.
◾️Allow it to cool completely before use.
◾️It gets thicker when it's completely cool down.
