CHICKEN WINGS


INGREDIENTS:


Chicken Wings (8-12)

Oil to deep fry 


For coating 

2 Cup  Flour(add more if needed)

1 tbsp black Pepper

1 tbsp Salt

For chicken 

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Garlic Powder 

1 tsp Salt (add more if needed)

2 or 3 (add more if needed)Eggs


DIRECTIONS:


1. For the coating, In a bowl add flour, salt and pepper and mix well

2. In a second bowl add the chicken wings, garlic powder, pepper, salt and paprika and mix well

3. Whisk up the eggs and add to the chicken and mix well o the in the flour mixture one by one making sure it’s fully coated 

4. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan

5. Add the wings and fry for atleast 8 minutes or

till the chicken is cooked   golden brown and crispy

6.Serve immediately
