I am always on the lookout for new healthy recipes to try and I’ve found quite a few winners, so I
thought I’d share them with you! Here are 10 of my favourite healthy recipes – I think they taste great,
and they also happen to be pretty easy to make too. Enjoy!

slices. Marinate them in butter and soy sauce for 30 minutes to an hour. Then throw them on your grill!
The butter will caramelize on contact, creating savoury edges around all those florets.
4) Pho Ga (Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup)
Chicken noodle soup is an age-old remedy for whatever ails you. Do you know what else is great for your

with any post-meal guilt. The broth can be made in bulk, then frozen to use whenever you feel under the

Squash is one of those super healthy foods. It’s an excellent source of vitamin A, which helps your
body fight infections and promotes good vision. In addition to being a good source of Vitamin A,
butternut squash also provides many other vitamins and minerals. For example, it contains beta-
carotene and other carotenoids that help boost your immune system and support healthy eyesight.
6) Zucchini Fritters
Zucchini fritters are a great healthy dinner idea. Zucchini is packed with tons of nutrients, so you can

cheese, garlic powder and lemon pepper seasoning. This dish will be even better if you have time to let
it chill in your refrigerator before serving.
9) Quinoa, Brown Rice & Black Bean Buddha Bowl
Protein-packed quinoa combines with earthy brown rice and beans in a colourful stir-fry dish that is
perfect for any night of the week. Use your favourite veggies, or whatever happens to be in season.

Use pumpkin puree in place of a full-fat egg white to make these oats more healthful. We’re skipping
heavy cream and brown sugar, opting for almond milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon instead. Plus, we’re
adding a hint of pumpkin pie spice! All you need is 10 minutes and a bowl to whip up our healthy recipe
idea-we think it’s perfect for fall!
